Refund Policy

Returns that do not meet our policy and will not be accepted are Items in non-saleable condition such as opened or used (with exception of damage). If any item is received defective, we will honor a return and replace you with a new product. 

Refunds may take up to 10 business days to complete depending on the bank’s processing time. This can vary greatly between card issuers, and we are unable to influence this.
